Development Fund of Norway

The Development Fund works to combat hunger and poverty. Our vision is a sustainable and just world. We contribute to strengthening small-scale farmers when climate change leads to extreme weather and more difficult cultivation conditions. Every year, we reach out to half a million people in Africa, Asia, and Central America.

Norwegian Research Centre (NORCE)

They deliver research and innovation in energy, health care, climate, the environment, society and technology. Their solutions address key challenges for society and contribute to value creation on the local, national and global levels.

Chr. Michelsen Institute (CMI)

CMI is an independent development research institute in Norway. With a staff of 100 people, CMI addresses issues that shape global developments and generate knowledge that can be used to fight poverty, advance human rights, and promote sustainable social development.

NORCAP

NORCAP works to improve aid to better protect and empower people affected by crisis and climate change. We do this by providing expertise and solutions to humanitarian, development and peacebuilding partners. NORCAP works in two complementary ways to improve aid:

  • provides targeted expertise to strengthen our partners’ response.

  • collaborates with partners to develop solutions to un-met gaps and challenges.

NORCAP is a part of the Norwegian Refugee Council.
